When should I download the update? Will the server be updated soon or should I stay at the current version of Arma?

 
@Wilco Thanks for the info! Are there any plans to add marksmen DLC weapons/vests/clothes to AltisLife at some point?

Server #1 is now online and updated, please be prepared for some bugs!

 
I took a while for the Helicopter stuff to sneak in so I imagine things will hopefully begin to appear as it is decided what toys we are allowed. 

Although in the back of my mind I can see AR getting some new toys and no one else...

yeah i can see that also i just hope the Civs get some why should the cops have all the fun

 
Well we shouldn't complain before things happen :) We should sit bak and wait and see.

 
I hope that civs can atleast get the 9.3mm as their highest caliber weapon (ofcourse with the proper price) to give them a proper "sniper" although that might not be added, but I can assure everyone none of the new LMG's will be added. I can however see AR getting some of the new vests and weapons from the marksman DLC :) But hope bipods will be added shortly (even though I'm a cop now I can still dream)

 
It would be nice to have an expensive 9.5mm long range gun for use at bank jobs, or to quickly disable a hunter or take down a chopper. I mean the LMGs got removed as a result of the LOA times and I would like to think the community has matured quite a bit since then with improved gameplay particularly from the rebel since then. 

Whilst there is no need for the LMGs to return, a proper long range gun for the rebels would be nice, more vest options and so on would also make for more interesting battles...

Edit: And bipods!

Will ANY of the content be available to a certain degree for people who don't have the dlc? Like I cannot fly a huron but I can be a passenger in one.. #poor
