anybody else think that the current market system is broken and just makes people sell drugs just after a restart making it easy for police and rebels.

It's not broken, the current market is decent it's just not perfect. With minor tweaking e.g adding a demand so at certain times when people aren't selling a certain thing the price goes up and when loads of people are selling a certain item the price goes down. As for making it easier for police, that's not true because generally when people do drug runs there are low numbers of police meaning most police will not want to get involved as they're generally outnumbered.
