Detailed Suggestion: These new market stalls are an amazing idea, but £50k per restart is very excessive, I believe that the stalls should "reset" once a week and change hands with the option of the stall owners to retain their original stalls and to also REMOVE the ability to resell the market stalls to prevent abuse, alternatively allow it to be "given up" and also add an option to upgrade the storage to 1000 instead of the current 500.

The Pros: Money well spent, more enticing to those who are serious about Market RP, ROLEPLAY!

The Cons: Dev Work (Sorry Dev Team!)

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? Yes

 
Ye obviously the shop stalls just came in but i do reckon that it will be complicated for people to make 50k per storm and its a active business that you need to stay there to actually make any money.

And also think people shouldn't be able to sell the stalls, it's an investment like any other you either lose money or get some if you really want you could "give up" the stall to someone else but don't think they should be sold back for a amount from government.

I agree to be fair. The idea of the market place is a good one and will give so many good RP situations to a lot of people.

However, the 50k price per storm is going to be excessive, especially to smaller businesses. Being able to rent it for a time period with the price reflecting that (24hrs up to 1 week) would be better suited I feel than every storm. Also, is it possible to look at the storage being the same as lockers & houses to reflect this, and that the items remain in the store after storm, however when your time is up with the store then it will go if you forget to empty it.

Great addition and will add so much RP to the city, looking forward to what people do with it!

What can you legally sell that makes you 50k profit within 8 hours?  I love the idea but I think 5k is a more reasonable price than 50k. Hopefully its just a typo. 

 
This is a very cool thing to be added to the city but it needs  some major adjustments for this kick off and be useful.  The main issue there is too much generic stuff at the shops which you wont come down to this place to buy for a higher price.  It worked out for AE and TN  due to us not being so far from the main areas of the city. 

For the people that want to make a go at this and rp having the stool they should apply for a business plan which a judge has to go through. If allowed  that person can change the picture of a item.  So a sandwich can be changed into a BLT or chicken wings image but keep the animation and use of the sandwich. 

Add new items into the city. so we can get milk from grape seed. ice you can order in from shops so you can make milkshakes. Can even add new food recipes and they can only been made at the market so if you want this stuff you have to come here. 

 
I think the price should be decreased to more around £20,000 but it should only be rentable for 24 h before it becomes available to someone else or there will not be the same opportunity for other people to run the market stalls.

 
Can I also suggest police ability to search storages (with strict server rules to not abuse this) or maybe Insp+. Along with police ability to shut down the stalls. Too many drug selling stalls. yeah looking at you vagos 😂

 
We have made some changes to the market system after listening to the feedback:

  • Decreased Buy Price to 10,000
  • Decreased Sell Back To 25% Of Buy Price
  • Added Storage Upgrade 
  • Decreased Upgrade Costs
  • Fixed Eye Icon
  • Made It Show Upgrade Price On UI
  • Fixed Bug Where Upgrades Would Not Be Removed On Sale
