Time & Date this happened: 3/5/2015
 
Which Server did this happen on: Server#1
 
Description of what happened: Marco Polo did came unarmed to the drugsdealer. He was hiding hiself behind a wall and run towards the tempest truck. A friend knocked him out first but unfortunety he still magicaly managed to get in the truck while being knocked down. After that he vdmed me and a friend and drove away.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:  VDM/Exploting
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:We tried to warn him in game. but he didn't listen he just got knocked out steals the truck while being knocked down, then he just go hit and run.

how do I know you didnt just run infront of the truck as he was driving it?
