Description of what happened:First on the video i am going to post you can hear my friend told them to hands up and EMINENTLY gets shot by Mambo and then i kill him after that on the video you can see he came back with his car so he broke NLR and besides that at the end of the video i was lock picking and one guy told me hands up I EMINENTLY PRESS CANCEL ACTION and that make me stop and pull out my gun because of the cancel action and he shot me (and  after that i dont have that on tape he took the truck and left NRL)

First of all i want to start by saying that the video does not correspond to timelapse events that took place around 15m
 
I will try to clarify in the best way possible 
 
it all began when me and my friend ( Mambo ) we were selling our stuff at the drug dealer in Athira .when we were  finishing our task Mambo was surprised by SIX GOD pointing his gun at him and yelling hands up to him,  but due the proximity to Mambo (with his gun already out)
he could not respond with R.P because he would die immediately , so , in that situation with half milion on his pocket the only way to defend himself was killing him , seconds after he died . like i was a bit away from him  I saw an opportunity to escape , so i ran into my truck and flee from there
 
 
when I escaped from there i went straigth to  the garage to park my truck and get my offroad and i returned to the area with caution
 
after stopping my offroad a bit far way from them I stopped to watch .  I've been  watch them for 2m ( The offroad that pass from their video is not mine and i can prove it)
 
WHen i left my offroad my obejctive was to get closer as much as possible from them , so thats what i did as you can see in my video.
 
when was coming closer I saw that already had no way to get closer without being seen so i started my R.P and saw another guy running behind the truck
 
 
After giving him time to answer when i saw him pulling his gun out i had no choice to kill him and after i killed him i continue my R.P and died soon afterwards
 
 
As you can verify in the report he admits that there was R.P but pulled his gun out because he was doing lockpicking . he had enought time to answer me that he would cancel and could accidentally take his gun out . the video that was  presented from him we can verify the moment he saw me and the time when he canceled.it

About MAMBO NLR  there is no evidence that Mambo Broke NLR, but with a small analysis maybe we can see in fact a NLR broke Rule from SIX GOD
 
0:04s - you can see the 3 people that participated in the robbery, SIX GOD with the hexagon insignia sargent at left, you in the midle, and you friend Anthony that killed me after ( as you can see in my video)
SIX GOD was killed by mambo at your left as you can see in the video, at  0:16s he's laying dead on the ground (the guy with the sargent hexagon insignia).
 
0:28s - you shot down Mambo and at 0:44s you pass by SIX GOD body, already without the hexagon sargent insignia (probably because he already released).
 
0:49s - we can see  clearly that the video was cutted, and a pickup passed by you . ( not mine as i said before ) making you go around the truck.
 
0:57s - We can see the player with the hexagon sargent,wich we think, it's SIX GOD nlring after being killed few minutes ago.
 
Conclusion
Your video is clearly edited , and all these events did not last 1.40m as you can pretend to show
 
from my video and yours, I Did roleplaying with you(my video), and you going for the gun(your video) giving me the reason to fire, after being warned by MAMBO that you shotted him down without warning.
 
 
AFther that as we can seein your video you used side chat to tell us that we were reported and we would be banned
 
This being said, i roleplayed as i should, and MAMBO was nowhere to be seen for the entire footage. Yes he had gone there to get his truck after the NLR passed. Wich you seam to know, because you probably have gone there to do the same and get his truck, nlring yourself.
