Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Mamadou BABOUSHE

Description of what happened: I was getting VDMed by Mamadou BABOUSHE on his quad multiple times, while the 2 bystanders was cheering him on to continue to do it ( [P.M.C] Chelston and [DC] Bamma), I then was able to get up, only for Mamadou to return and try again so I tazed him on site and restained him, when I put him in my car, he then decided to combat log.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I didn't see need to contact Mamadou BABOUSHE but the other 2 was told that what they was doing is cheering on someone to break server rules.
