I am not asking when the release is, but... Will it be announced with at least a 24 hour notice before going online?

The whole point I ask is so it will be fair for everyone to know when the release will be. Rather than just being lucky and online at the time it is put online.

Yea, I understand.  Honestly you're guess is as good as mine at this point, however I'd be surprised if there wasn't an advanced notification about it
