Make Liveries Cheaper

Brief Summary:

Decrease the price of liveries in LS customs to something more reasonable.

Detailed Suggestion:

As it stands, the prices that LS customs charge are a bit steep if you want to change your livery. They vary between vehicles but using the Sanchez livery variant as a an example: A change of livery would cost me 15k

 

 

This is a bit ridiculous IMO, seeing as the Sanchez itself only costs 17.5k, meaning that if you don't get the livery you want from the dealership (Which is RNG as far as I'm aware) you'll be nearly doubling up the price.

The Pros:

- Allows people to customise their cars for cheaper

The Cons:

None AFAIK

Oh, you haven't seen the 50k liveries yet I guess.

however, I disagree and think they should be expensive, maybe scale on vehicle prices, but that's a whole different suggestion.

I have, I just used the Sanchez as an example since it's one of my only vehicles on my new character.

I don't mind paying 15-30k for a livery, but some liveries go to 50-80k and I would maybe say, reduce all livery prices to the same price depending on vehicle class.

I wouldn't mind paying a fair bit but I specifically dislike that the livery is almost worth the bike's price, thats why I specifically high lighted the comparison between the price of the bike and the livery. I'll admit maybe I didn't phrase the suggestion perfectly.
