Description of what happened:
We pulled up a tempest on suspicions or Drug trafficking + the driver was already wanted for 2 counts of drug trafficking, We tried to interact with the guy but he was without tongue and had to use notes to communicate , he also tried to metagame the ticket system.
After much abuse and foul language and jumping out of the vehicle
whilst in restraints we managed to get him to the hq when then he left us with a message of "ever seen a combat logger?" and then he preceded to combat log.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1C)[SIZE=medium] Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban[/SIZE]
3D)[SIZE=medium] Microphone only servers[/SIZE]

2E)[SIZE=medium] Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)[/SIZE]
