Description of what happened: I was in a quad and i ran over  a man next to a car and shouted "Hit and run" and start driving and got banned 3 seconds after
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RMD
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No beucase i cant contact anyone 
  
Let me add i am new and have no idea around the forms so if its in the wrong area i am sorry just would like to get back on the server asap. sorry
