Description of what happened:
I was Driving through the North East of the map and i went through a town and started receving gun shots to my torso whilst driving injurying me i looked behind me to see who my attackers were and i crashed i jumped out and received Multiple gun shots at vehicle which i was taking fire from and i spotted one down the road and did what i could to defend these mindless attackers he called out put your hands on my head but they were already showing me there were shooting on sigh so i opened fire to defend my self but was killed
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes we spoke and refused to speak on ts and said he didn't have it installed and said he would not be resolving the matter
