low fps on every game

right so yesterday i was playing arma 3 (40 to 50) on the sever and the next when i came home from school went on arma and was on like 9 to 20 fps i turn every setting down did nothing so i turn down the sampling to 50% (lowest) and get like 40 fps but looks sh*t as. and i tried to play other games hope i don't have to buy a new cpu.

Have you left your computer on for a long time? If it's really hot and making a lot's of noises when it's running it needs to cool down other wise you'll get really low performance from your PC since it's really hot.

Harry we need the full specs of your computer before we can make any guesses.

dw i restalled shadow play and installed the newest driver and iam getting 300 fps on the arma 3 home screen not 9

This can have multiple reasons.

Let's start if your CPU is throttling. Could you install http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

Then play Arma III on normal settings as you usual would, could you then post your temperatures back to us?

Sorry i did ost it but I fixed it I just need to reinstall shawon play and update the driver sorry but thanks for trying to help
