Quick description of what happened:
Me and my clan(four people in total) did a drug run yesterday and finished around ~7:30-8:00PM GMT+1.
Three minutes after we banked our money the server suddenly crashed.
After a few minutes the server came back up and we logged in.
Sadly enough, we noticed that all the effort we put into the drug run was just gone.
All of us lost ~1,2 mil. (Hemtt boxed cocaines runs).
We were wondering if we could get refunded for this because it's quite frustrating that we just lost it like that.
We have no records of it occurring though, but I'm willing to give more information/names either on TS/forum pm's.
Hope we can work this out.
