Lost silencer and scope

okay so i logged off and came back after 1 hour and my silencer and scope for mxm were gone... they told me to post here and that this is a bug and i should remove silencer and scope next time before logging off... well i didnt know about that bug before, could i get my silencer and scope back maybe ? ty

Compensation request is the correct section to put it in, also yes you shoudl remove all attachments from your weapons before logging off.
