lost my rebel training / and a perm heli

so, I havnt been so active these past days becuase of work, but noticing I have lost a perm hamminbird, and my rebel license.

could I get them back somehow?

check 3-4 days ago loggs and you will see them on my account.

note I also have another hamminbird ( bought it after I lost the first one ) so dont get confused.
