Lost my bank money, all licenses and my gear? (Completed 22/11/2014)

What was lost: Bank money has been reset and my gear and I have no licenses.

Value of item/money lost: 3.1Mill in my bank, and several licenses (Not sure of the amount of money all together)

Quick description of what happened: I was playing earlier  in the day then, I logged off come back on around 10PM and all my stuff had gone.
