Lost my bagpack? (Also made a topic in game server issues)

I logged on the server today at around 22:00 (Uk time) And somehow i had lost my bagback, which had a katiba with the mrco scope, and a few mags to it. Im not sure how it was i lost my bagpack, but im most mad about my weapon. If there is any way i can get a refund, i would like one. Thank you very much.
