Hi there, due to the server error on friday evening i have lost all my license's.

What was lost: License's - Car,pilot,truck,boat,rock,iron,diamond,heroin,rebel,gun,salt
Value of item/money lost: 855,000
Quick description of what happened: due to the server error on friday evening i have lost all my license's.
Any help appreciated as i have no cash to replace the lost licenses.
