lost hause

hey AltisLife 

i played really much at your server in may-marts i think, and i bought a hause for about 2.5 mil. and when i joined here for a few days again, my hause were gone, and i havnet got any money for it, how can i prove i did loose it?

I now see that you aprently "sell" hause's if you havent have been aktive for 60 days... And i Think that's a Big problem, cause i used 3 days to have enough money to buy the hause, so a refund could be good... Not 2.5 mil but like 1.25 mil cause it's the sell prise, i Think.
