Lost Gear worth around 300-350k (Refused - Template not used)

I was driving in kavala full geared weapon clothes money on me silencer and every thing (was driving in the speed limit 50kph and some guy his name is in the picture he just crashed into my car now it happend befor with my heli someone crashed in it i said okay its only 250k but still its hard to get money and im losing money for no reason he just crashd into me and killed me and about 4-5 more guys

They lost gear too but i dont know about them 

i need to get comped plz
