Lost gear at server crash june 29th, 13:15 (approx)

What was lost: MXC 6.5 mm (not the black one) RCO scope, 4x 6.5 mm 30 round stanag, Kaki Carryall backpack, also a ACP.45
 
Value of item/money lost: 190k

Quick description of what happened: I always store my backpack with rebel gun in a remote house, so I can pick it up when Im done doing legal stuff or need it somehow. Around 13:15 BST 29th of june because of server crash and restart I could not get it back. If needed, I can provide video of my storing it somewhere, but rather not in public because people will see my hiding spot. The ACP.45 was lost because it was on my clothes when server crashed.

I am very well aware of how busy the admins are, but I was just wondering if any of them can give me a notification that my problem has been noted. A indication of how long it might take (if at all) for the refund to happen would also be appreciated =). As said, I have some recordings and screenshots of my gear and of hiding it. Even of the situation as the whole server was frozen.
 

I wouldnt be asking if I didnt need the refund, im poor as f*ck at the moment lol =(
