Lost gear and licences at server restart ? (Completed 08/11/2014)

firearm licence value 50k 

iron process licence value 50k 

copper process licence value dont remember

diamond process licence value dont remember

Roak pistol value 25k

money reset to 100k insted of 600k

and my skill points dissapered aswell. 

Quick description of what happened:

server shutted down or crash, and when i came back online it got stuck so i trying entering the game and respawn again. then all is gone. i still have my vehichles. but money in bank is gone and licences is gone. pluss my gear ? can anyone plz help me get it back ?
