Lost a lot of gear and my houses due to bad internet connection surprise (Refused)

What was lost: House and a lot of equipment

Value of item/money lost: 2 houses with a value of 4,4 mil plus 5 large storage boxes for a total of 750k. Besides that, i lost guns and equipment for about 3 mil

Quick description of what happened: I had some big problems with my internet connection, and for a very long time i couldn't join any of the arma 3 online servers. Now i finally got it working, and i found my houses, with the storage boxes, and all my equipment gone... (I had A LOT of equipment in those houses...) I don't have any screenshots or anything to back up my statement, as all this came as a big surprise, so i really don't know what to do... I really hope you can see in some logs, that i am telling the truth, as i lost more than 8 million :/

On investigation player only has played 184 hours on Arma 3 and has 17 million in there bank account 

Only 5 forum posts from member.... more investigation needed into there arma 3 profile on the server

As for the houses we did post this out, Anyone who didn't log in then we are unable to compensate.
