Lost a lot after server reset. (Completed 15/09/2014)

What was lost: 

I had 447k in my balance and it was banked. I had a Rook and a semi auto rifle with a lot of ammo, lockpicks, toolkits and pg tips and apples. Also a paint job on my car and after the server reset I now have lost everything and only hav a backpack and 200k.

Value of item/money lost:

247k money

guns and ammp 30k

items 10k

Quick description of what happened:

Server reset came back with it not there.

I synced several times in the last hour and the data should have been saved.

Please could I get back what I lost?
