Lost 200k +

I was on altis life, server two when it reset for it's 2:00 hourly reset. Me and my friend had lost track of time, and the server did not seem to give a minute warning, as it also went down after the reset for a long while. Me and my friend immediatly jumped into server one to continue playing, to find out we had lost our truckbox, and the 225k we had gained from excavating whilst saving up for an Armored truck ( Of which we were buying in the process of the reset. ) We now only have 50K on me, and my friend has no money at all due to giving me the money for the truck before the reset. I wish to be compensated the 200k that was lost due to no data sync.

I don't have much evidence as not many people take pictures of there inventory, but i do have an accidental screenshot took an hour before the time of reset, whilst excavating.

Items lost :Truckbox, Toolkits and money

265K ( Money + Truckbox )

Description: No warning of server reset, didn't have enough time to Sync player data Or truck inventory Data and friend had given me all of his money ( Total Sum of 225K for a new armored truck + 40k for the Truckbox. )

And here are the things we are unable to compensate.

• Housing Storage Boxes ( Completely at your own risk - Most peoples are trouble free)
• Anything stored in storage ( Again at your own risk )
• T Menu items ( Gold / Drugs / Clams / Oil / Salt / Copper etc etc)
• Houses/Garages (They auto expire after 60 days of not logging on)
• Under 100k requests when you have more than 1 million in your account.
• User Error ( You accidentally pressed the wrong button or you jumped out a window)
• Client Issues ( Your Arma 3 crashed - This is your own responsibility)
• Arma Issues ( Random Deaths/ Glitching / Flying in the air / Random Explosions)
• Server 2 going offline past 12am (Yes it will happen without warning, Its upto you to switch to S1)
