Losing randomly connection ingame

The problem started when I started to play on my laptop. So like title says, when im playing I usually lose connection for while and then it gets back, sometimes it doesnt get back. I only lose connection ingame, not in teamspeak or any other program im using.

This problem is really frustrating and I really want to get rid of it.

Yea im using the cable. My brother doesnt have this issue

Are you using identical builds? Are you using any additional software that could interrupt / disturb packets like an Antivirus that comes packaged with a firewall?

There are so many possibilities for reasons why your packets are getting dropped, so I would advise you to basically see what differs between your brother's setup, and your setup and see what you can do from there.
