The server tells you multiple times that it's going to restart and also what times it'll happen. If you fail to sync your data as warned, it's your fault and nothing to do with us.
If the server died completely randomly then, by all means, we would compensate
This has also happened to you before by not syncing when the server restarts from your last post:

You start all over again because you didn't Sync your data. You should always press 'Sync Data' when there is a server restart. There is plenty of warning when there is a restart going on.

Everyone is treated the same be you a fresh spawn or on the server since day 1. We've all made the mistake at least once before and still do at times so we understand where you're coming from but at the end of the day, it's your responsibility to ensure that its synced / you haven't done anything after the server force syncs you

@delanou33 i know it sucks man but it is nothing you can't get back. we all lern from our mistakes.
tip: the server restarts in 4h intervals so you could set a alarm clock if the messages that the server sends to all players is not enough
