loosing 4 full tempist transport trucks of iron ( would have got 450k each) but lose it all due to server crash

Hi there i need some help / compensations.

The past 3 days i have played this game every day i loose one or two truck full of supply by the server crashing , when i am about to sell the iron for money. I think this is so unfair on me as i spend a good amount of time getting this work done legally and i deserve to be paid for my work. Each time i am on the verge of getting my money and the server crashes , this is very annoying as i have basically wasted my time playing the game as all my work i do i loose.

I ask that you give me the compensation for the 4 full trucks of iron i have lost by server crashing as it is purely not my fault why this happens. My in game name i James. Also if you need to get back to me my email address is jamestehogg12@gmail.com .

I ask that you please help me out as i am just wasting time trying to earn money as i always loose it. Please help i am a fair player and i only want to enjoy the game more but i cant as i am scared to go try earn money as i know i will just probably be wasting my time. Please help, thanks.

Around 800 pieces of iron ingots over the space of 4 days. I dont have the exact times as i didnt realise i needed to but i did loose too trucks full around the times of 4:30 pm GMT+1 to 7.00 GMT+1. Another two did occur on the previous too days but i do not know the estimated time so clearly im not going to get compensated for it.

Around 1.6 million worth of ingots was lost , but i can only say an estimated time it happened for two days so it would have to say 800k lost.

Basically i was playing Altis life farming lots of money as i am still quite new ( i was in my 250 k truck , apologies i do not remember the name of it but i do 100% have it and can evidence having it). We were on the verge of selling the ingot around 1 k away and the server crashed ( and it wasnt time for the restart). After this happened i waited and joined back and did the same thing went a got a full truck of iron again worth 400k , when i was on the verge of selling my iron ingots i lost it all again due to the restart. This happened in a space of 30 to 45 minutes between each other. This is the 1st time its happened as a total is affected me 4 times and made me loose lots of legitimate money. I ask can you please help me as its so much effot having to go mining with my friends and in the end i just end up loosing everything which is unfair , this is why i feel i deserver some compensation from between 800k to 1600k , please help.
