every time I respawn or die and spawn and wasn't looted I have my money but I have to buy everything again so its like strating fresh ever single time I die and its getting really annoying , can someone help

Im afraid that its not a bug - its supposed to happen
This is supposed to be a realistic RP server so it wouldn't really be realistic if you spawned with all the gear you died in. It can be frustrating at times but it makes sure you are careful as you know if you die you'll have to shell out on new guns and gear etc. compared to if you kept your stuff, people would not value their life at all and it wouldn't be as fun for everyone. Hope this helps.

As already pointed out; what's the point of the game if there's no risk? I could run up to anyone and start a fight, but if we didn't lose anything I wouldn't care of the outcome. Due to the fact I care for the outcome, I won't start the fight.
You keep licenses/banked cash and vehicles (provides they haven't been scrapped) is that not enough? There's no point in making us have to rebuy the licenses/get money every death, because winners will just keep winning and getting to the top of the pile.
The way in which your players gear (items in I and Y menu) are disposable balances out the items that aren't.
Would you keep playing if you never lost anything and other people didn't either? Where's the sport in that.
