Everything there seems fine, case is mostly personal preference so look around for one you like instead of going for the one listed, I highly recommend a corsair case but you may have to put a bit of extra cash forward for that however the NZXT cases are also really nicely looking and great value for money.
I would however go for Windows 10, it might not be the best right now right after release but you'll find your games will optimize a lot better on Windows 10 especially any new releases you intend to play.
If you did want to shed a bit of money off the build suggested by Lemmen you could go for one of the single fan corsair coolers instead of the dual fan but that is also totally up to yourself as Lemmen described it it is a true dream build and if you did go with what is listed above you're pretty much sorted that's going to handle anything you throw at it way up until 2020 in my eyes.
