Dear Estate Agents
After hitting a long win streak and earning upwards of £4,000,000 betting high at the Northern Altis casino I have decided to settle down and am in search of home where I may live both peacefully and in luxury.
My requirements are as follows:
The Real Estate must be located by the sea, preferably with a balcony, and must have enough space to accommodate at least 1 hummingbird chopper.
A garage for an SUV would also be great but is not necessary.
I would also like a port for my submarine so I can go deep-sea fishing whenever I please.
I am not a big fan of neighbours so the more isolated the house the better. However, this being said, I also want the house to be quite close to a city so within driving distance.
Note:
I understand that a property such as this may be hard to find therefore not all the requirements have to be met, but the more that are the better. I may be willing to go over my budget by a couple of hundred thousand, maybe even a million depending on how pleased I am with the house and how many of the requirements are met.
