After living in Altis for around 2-3 weeks now I think it is time to buy another house around the Kavala - Agios - Athira area. I currently live in a dump in the town of Sofia. 

 I am looking for a personal Estate agent to show me some possible new houses that I could eventually move into.

What I am looking for:

  • A large house with a garage (Preferably attached but close is fine as long as not attached to another house or in another houses garden.
  • A good area, not a busy town more of a village. Low crime rate, friendly neighbors.
  • Not a terrible view of some industrial plant.
  • Close-ish to some civilization. I own a helicopter so like to go to the airport a lot. 
  • Preferably easy access to the house (Not a dirt road)
  • Separate driveway (Don't have to park on the road - Can be forgotten if it is amazing)
  • Suitable to have friends over for parties. (House moving party?)


So what will you get out of it?

  • First of all 10-25% commission of the property - The better the property the more higher I am willing to pay.
  • An invitation to my house moving party
  • Experience of selling a property.
  • A great role play opportunity.


I have a good couple of million to spend on this property and to pay the selected estate agent. Feel free to reply to this topic for any further information and I will be happy to let you know. 

The way the system will work is as follows.

First of all you need to find a house / houses to propose to me. Make a reply in the comments containing

  • The location of the property (Village name),
  • The size of the property (Small medium Large). 
  • The property design (Coloured bricks, bricks etc)
  • The current price
  • Any extra information. (Pictures can be helpful)
I will then contact you directly if I am interested in your property. Once a property has been chosen I will let people know. I will also like to arrange a viewing of the property before making a final choice.

Hi, I am the owner of said described property one house attached to a garage in either specified area. What is your budget as these property's are extremely rare and often break the bank. @Dexterio
