Looking for a new mic

Hey

So recently the mic on my Hyperx Headset isn't working properly due to a fault with the headphone jack. Anyway, now seems like a good time to get a proper mic I can put on my table. I've never really bought mics before so I don't really know what's best; if anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them, thanks! 

(Looking for something that is good quality but I don't want to spend too much. Basically, I want it to be clear and reliable but it doesn't have to be radio-quality)

Well If u want a high quality and easy to handle micropthone then id recommend the Blue yeti (USB) , only thing is that its pretty expensive, but if u want a cheaper version u might wanna give ´Blue snowball ICE , cheaper, but a little lower quality, but  yeah i got one, works fine, been using it for about a year now, no problems, ur choice

Blue yeti is way out of my price range, but I'll look into the snowball ice. Thanks

TBH blue yeti takes too much space and atleast for me there is no use for it.
