Login whitlisted apply at altislife.co.uk

I am wondering how I apply to play ive downloaded arma 3 from steam and followed the instructions that I followed in a previous post but when I try to log in it states I'm whitelisted and need to apply at atlislife.co.uk please can somebody give me some instructions on how to do so as ive created an account but cant see any join options

When you join the server, make sure to select the purple square on the left, and then scroll down to select a civilian slot. You are probably trying to join as Independant or Blufor which are whitelisted only.

In addition to what @Daanishsaid, make sure to read the rules here before logging on to the server.
