How can i lock pick a car or a trucK? what do i need to press and do?

1st step buy lockpicks in the market
then go stand next to the car you want to lockpick. And open menu by pressing Y 

then clik on the lockpick and select use. 

Remember dont lockpick inside greenzone or blue and purple zone.
