Summary: LOCKPICK BUG
Full Description:
When someone is inside a car, you are unable to lockpick inside the vehicle to get them out.
An example of this might be where you could have shot someone or they might have starved inside their car. Lockpicking only seems to work when the car is empty and no one is inside the vehicle whereas that shouldn't be the case and you should be able to lockpick the car with someone incapacitated in any seat of the car in order to save or rob the person, whatever your intentions are.
