Locking cars

Personally i think this is generally a good idea for a modded server especially with a fairly large community such like Roleplay.co.uk, however being quite new to the FiveM servers newer players may find it off putting or hard to work around it, sure there are alot of pros and cons but i feel it could limit the amount of newer players. 

If this were to be added lockpicks is for sure a sick idea to add into the game. it adds way more realism and actually allowing us to drive through legion square without having to swerve constantly.

we did have it like that but it got to hard for new players. Lockpicks do exist but hard for new player to know where they are. There has been some suggestiongs what are under evaluation like locking them and "simple lockpick" what can only lockpick npc cars etc
