Located Weather - Volume adjustment

1. storm volume 10% lower.
(I love it but a lot are complaining about it being too loud I've noticed)

OR

2. Different weather in city, sandy, paleto, island.
this way it would make sense it'll rain more often in the city with how green it as and it would be more often sunny and dry in sandy and paleto making it more tempting for people to leave the city center and it would benefit business grow in sandy and paleto and promote flying businesses to fly people at a quick speed to paleto and back.


I apologise for the amount of work this would add to the dev's

+1 I can't hear myself think and I'm sick of trying to dry all my clothes

+1 the voices in my head aren't loud enough so it's way too quiet in my head most of the time while I'm in the city and that bothers me

Also make it like 40% quieter pls not 10%

At night i talk low not to wake my kid up, thunder was that loud i talked louder and i didn't realise until i woke him up for a split sec +1 on this

We can't change the volume of it, the chance of thunder has been lowered for a future update already anyway

1. Unfortunately we cannot adjust the volume of thunder, but the chance has been lowered.
2. Would be great, but not possible in GTA, it's either all or nothing
