Description of what happened: On patrol in Athira, when we spot a red Ifrit driving near HQ, we then "blues and two's" and give chase, I then radio in to all Athria units that we are in pursuit, DI Shep then responds that he has set up spike strip to the south (conveniently the Ifrit is headed that way) as soon as the Ifrit approaches the spike it goes offroad ploughing into SGT Levi.
