Could be dsync, did you already tried to resolve ot with the player? Cuz sometimes this can lead to a solution instead of a ban.

 
I did write to you that I was sorry and you weren't there on my screen. I was coming 300 down the road and you go out in front of my car. On my screen the guy with thats surrendered is not even there. Ill upload my point of view as fast as I can. I did write to you. Why didnt you just take it with me?

 
and that's why you shouldn't drive at 300.... lol

 
Well If he didn't walk out without looking down the road then this wouldn't have happened? He just blindly walks out on a road. And the road was too small for me to turn left because of the sandbags. You can see that im 1 millimeter from hitting the fence at the end because I was trying to avoid him.

he was on the road long before you was, so he did not "walk out without looking"

I was trying to move my fellow officer of the road and you should not be drving 300 and i recived no message.

 
Alright i must off been tabed out when you sent the message. but from my point of view there was a cop tabbed out in the middle of the road so i went to push him away. but i dont see why you were going 300 by a higly active police Station?.  i dont know but i know you have history of Rdm Ect before just i though it was fair to share my view.

 
I was in the blue/white offroad and from what I saw this was definitely desync.

 
Well, pretty dumb to go afk in the middle off a road...

You can also see him trying to turn away and nearly crash into another wall, but the handling on a hatchback sport at 180 km/h ain't the greatest.

 
Alright man i fully see it from your point of view its just from my point of view it was rdm but know i see so dont worry about it but pls dont drive around the police hq at 180 ;-) complainet withdroawn.
