Just killed him because he was robbing me, he then logged out to safe his pistol.

Hey, that was me. I tried to rob you, but you spent over a minute sitting in your truck, trying to switch seats (exited on passenger in video), disobeying everything I was telling you, but alas, due to how this game works means that if I just shot you through the windshield for not complying id be labelled an RDMer.

So, after a while you jump out of your truck and shoot me, i alt-F4'd out of annoyance. You killed me, you drove off, I lost all my gear, so I really don't see the issue here. The RP was over. I didn't immediately log when I was downed, you started driving away not wanting to loot me, so as it were, i buggered off.

Note: I have 3.8 million in the bank (minute compared to mentals bank account), but a 28k pistol is nothing worth getting banned over.
