Lizardman shot out my truck with out any RP at all what can be done about this?

You need to have evidence first of all and use the template pinned by Wilco. You also have to mention what rule he broke.

Shooting out tyres on trucks is considered okay (much to my dismay) but RP should technically be initiated straight after it.
