Description of what happened:
well as you can see from the video he or his gang open fire on me with out saying any thing and i was doing a taxi run at the time and it caused me to roll my car as he shot the wheel out and then as i tried to talk to him he threatened me for calling him stupid then killed me,About half hour before my gang and his gang had a little shoot out after a hemtt box was stolen so im unsure if he shot at me because of that.
What Rule Was Broken ?: not sure as it wasn't rdm as he didnt randomly kill me but he just shot at me and didnt even initiate role-ply
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no
