Quick description of what happened:

Little bird got stolen and somehow Edgar Ville found it and crushed it. 

We did talk about it in game and i did as he in scripted but nothing further happened. I did send an extra notice to the person just today. And now i hope it can be solved.

Did you instantly report it by sending a message to the police when you discovered it was stolen ? I gather not therefore its not considered stolen and if found doing illegal things or with illegal items in it then the police will crush.

Also you have failed to follow the correct title in the compensation request.
