Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: i was Lagging i was really lagging .. i tried to shot the bounty hunter in the leg and tried to give him warnings to unrstrain the guy .. but he didnt talk back to me i yalled and shout leave him and urstrain him for about 1 min ...as i was lagging my friend told me that my voice is not really clear its cutting because of the lag .. so i ran away and also ran away from the police .. while i was running i saw the chat there was the bounty hunter was killed by me ... and that was while i was running .. i knew it was a big lag i really didnt meant to kill him i shot his legs but i didnt see any blood in his legs so i shot again i think because of the lag the 2nd shot on his leg got him killed .. 1 sec later i got banned 

i really understand the strict rules in here and i have Followed the rules for about 6 months .. and i really enjoy the RP in here i really Enjoy it .. i mean it was just lagg ! . i didnt mean to kill him ! i really DID not mean to kill him 

im just gonna tell you this .. if you really not gonna unban  me i will just buy another copy and join the server , i just cant play in another server were Rp is optional ..

and for the bounty hunter i killed i guess and the other guy as what valdic told me about .. even tho i really really didnt see any other guy were killed by me but the lag messed me up to much .. i will give them all my money i have and i will start over again .  even if they didnt lose anything

please as you can see it was very lagging for me ... im the suit guy .. just look at my lag .. in my view it was not like this !! 

i really didnt mean to kill him .. and is i saw that he dies when they said nooo ... i didnt even knew that he was dead until i ran away like i was walking .. didnt even have the goal to Kill him .. 

man it was so laggy for me  so laggy !   i will do anything for the guys that i killed even tho i only saw once when i was playing also in the Chat also ! not like infront of me 

i will give them all my money and i will start with 0 money  

i mean im not like someone with thier first week in the server !..  i very understand the safe zone !  and im also a fan of a RP server  Where it is not an Optional !

it was just a very laggy for me  

again i did not meant to kill him ! i was warning him to leave the urstrain guy . as he was taking him in the car and will leave already .. so i wanted to warn him before he leaves becuase he didnt give any talk back  or any answer back! .. so i was like i will warn him but not gonna kill him  ! but the lag was not for me ! it was against me !

i did a really big mistake ! i know that ! but it was not in purpose i was forced by the lag !

and in the final Decision  i really understand your Decision  whether   you keep me banned or unban me 

 what you will make is the  right because i understand that there was a rule i broke

For this line here alone it is obvious that you would do anything to go against the rules. This and the fact you have been banned before for RDM means only one thing.
