Lifetimes donator

Hi.

Bit of a dumb question, I know. 

Is there a certain age you have to be to get lifetime donator? Or is it just coincidence that all lifetime donators (I think) are over 16?

You know, just for educational reasons. Not like I'm going to get a sparkly name on my birthday. Not at all.

Any age can donate, however the majority of the lifetime donators are made by people who are a bit older as they're the ones who are in full time employment and can afford to.
