Life of a Police Training Officer.

Spend hours on a new cadet, train him in the basics of a police officer

couple of hours later they leave the police force for unknown reasons

and here i am sitting crying for wasting my time.

Haha god it's annoying, this usually happens once a month or something like that but now almost everyday, ARRRGH.

Yeah I don't understand why people leave after having barely tried it.

For me was not having the option to do what I want, being a cop is fun, but I like to be able to switch now and again.

It's the same being a rebel, but at least I get to do things like ziptie 3 people and take them to athira HQ, drop them off, fly away and leave a message for the cops!

Mebbe just have them ride along before they start training, see if it really is for them.

have maybe two hours min to see if they get a feel for it.
