I have a feeling it was me if this was from the castle, my heli got shot at by rebels so i decided to land. The police were running next to a man in a guille and missing him for quite a while so i took a few shots. I assume they thought i was shooting at them lol 

I could be completely wrong but that sure looks like my hill.

Yup. very wrong. we had a hostage op, as we were making the exchange, another gang tried to rescue the civilian by killing a cop, the cops returned fire, the hostage takers returned fire, we managed to calm everyone down, and then the hostage ended up gunning down all of the fucking police and gangs in the area.
