Hey guys. My question is if you can sell or take away licenses? I bought a licence for Meth and I changed my mind. I don't need it.

Nope, I believe cops can take them away but you then have to rebuy it. There is no point in having that done however. It is good to have all the licenses even if you don’t intent on doing it so that if you do decide to do it, you don’t have to drive around to find an atm

Cops can only take your driver and firearms licenses away from you
