After reading into it a bit I would DEFINITELY DISCOURAGE anyone using this, and under any circumstances:

DO NOT ENTER YOUR STEAM DETAILS INTO THE SITE!!

It appears to be some sort of phishing scam (google 'phishing' if you don't know what it is), where they essentially hijack your steam account.

The only do the 'clicks' thing to make you think you are 'earning' it, as if it was just free it would get your suspicions up.

Golden rule of the internet: 

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Or just edit the links out and it can serve as a warning/lesson to others. I do believe a lot of people would be in the same mindset as you were, and I was too. Unfortunately for them I regard myself as being very internet-savvy and thought I best look into it
